Spinach Souffle Recipe
2 10 oz. pkgs, frozen chopped spinach
1 TBLSP. finely chopped onion
1 can cr. of mushroom soup
1/2 cup shredded mozzerella
fresh sliced mushrooms (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
garlic powder to taste
Thaw and squeeze excess liquid from spinach. Mix with remaining ingredients and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
I worked in a seafood restaurant in Annapolis, MD back in the 80's and this was one of the sides that they used to offer on special occasions. It was such a hot seller that we'd be out of it before the really busy time of the night rolled around. It's so easy and really tasty. Hope everyone enjoys it. :o)
