Greek Spinach Pie Recipe
Cook and drain well 2 (10 oz) packages spinach (or use steamed fresh). Stir in feta cheese, one egg and season (salt, pepper, nutmeg & dill). Line a cake pan with one package of crescent rolls. Place the spinach mix on top and then top with a second package of crescent rolls. Bake at 375°F until golden.
