Glazed Carrots Recipe
Makes 4 servings
1 lb Baby Carrots
3 tbsp Peach Jam
1 tsp each grated Orange zest and Dijon Mustard
1/4 tsp ground Thyme
Steam or boil carrots until tender, about 15 mins.
While carrots are cooking prepare glaze. Combine jam, orange zest, mustard and thyme in a sm. pan. Cook over medium heat until bubbly about 2 mins.
Toss cooked carrots with glaze and serve immediately.
