Glazed Carrots Recipe
1 1/2 pounds carrots, prepared and cooked
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp grated orange peel
2 TBSP butter
In large skillet, cook and stir brown sugar, salt, orange peel and butter until bubbly. Add carrots, cook over low heat, stirring occassinally, about 5 minutes or until carrots are glazed and heated through. Serves 5 - 6.
