Cheesy Potato Bake Recipe
In greased 9x13" pan, place 3 lbs of small russet potatoes, peeled and sliced. Top with 2 cans of cheddar cheese soup, mixed with 1 can of evaporated milk. Bake it at 350°F for about 1 1/2 hours. The last 5 minutes put shredded cheddar cheese on top and let melt.
