Cheeseburger Baked Potatoes Recipe
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. clove garlic, minced
1 T. oil
salt and pepper to taste
4 lg. baking potatoes
1/3 c. hot milk
2 T. butter,soft
1 c. cheddar cheese

Heat garlic and oil in skillet, add beef. Cook over medium heat til browned. Add salt and pepper.

Scrub spuds, pierce and bake for 1 hr. at 400°F until done.

Cut thin slice from top of each spud, scoop out pulp leaving 1/4" shell. Place pulp in medium bowl and set aside.

Arrange shells on baking pan.

Add milk and butter to pulp and whip til fluffy. add 1/2 of the cheese. Turn into pastry bag w/desired tip, if desired.

Fill spuds w/cooked ground beef. Press potato mixture over the meat or pipe from pastry bag. Sprinkle w/remaining cheese.

Return to oven and bake for 10 minutes at 400°F til cheese is melted.

You could also sprinkle bacon bits in with the meat for bacon cheeseburger baked potatoes.
