Super Sauce Recipe
8 oz silken soft tofu
1/2 tsp Dried (lemon) thyme
1 Tbl Aminos
1 c Vegetable broth
1 Tbl Tahini
1 Tbl Nutritional yeast flakes
1 Garlic clove, chopped
Dash Red chili flakes
Blend in blender until smooth, then pour into a small saucepan and heat gently. Serve over grains, pasta or veggies.
If you have a VitaMix you can use boiling vegetable broth and cook it up right in the VitaMix and you don't have to dirty a pan.
