"Sour Cream" And Onion Dip Recipe
Ingredients
  • 6 oz. Silken tofu
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 Tbl nutritional yeast
  • 2 Tbl lemon juice
  • 1 Tbl tahini
  • 2 Tbl rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp Umeboshi plum vinegar (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 small garlic clove pressed
  • 1/2 cup minced green onions
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp vegetarianworcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Steam tofu for 2 minutes.
  2. Combine the first 9 ingredients in you blender on high for 1 minute.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and mix by hand.
  4. This dip improves in flavor if allowed to sit for a while.
  5. It will keep For 1-2 days in frigerator.
