Pecan "Meat"Balls Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 °F

1 cup Ritz cracker crumbs
2 cups frozen shredded mozarella cheese
1 cup pecan meal
5 eggs
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 Tblsp. onion flakes (or minced onion)

Form into balls and place in pan. Cover with sauce (below). Cover pan with foil and bake for 45 min.

Sauce:

1 small can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 can of hot water
1 or more cups of sour cream
