Vegetable Taco Soup Recipe
2 cans Ranch Style Beans
1 can black beans
1 can refried beans
1 can whole kernal corn
1 can cream style corn
2 cans Rotel tomatoes with chilis
1 small onion, chopped
1 packet taco seasoning
1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix (not fat free)
1-2 cups water
Mix all ingredients in your crockpot. Add as much water as you like to make as soupy as you like. Cook all day on low (6-8 hours). Serve with grated cheese
and tortilla chips.
