Portabella Sandwiches Recipe

Sliced Italian bread
Fried Tofu
Portabella Mushrooms
Fresh garlic
Olive oil
Mozzarella cheese

Slice mushrooms and saute in oil with minced garlic.

Toast bread. Slice tofu and arrange on bread. Top with mushrooms and cheese. Broil in oven until cheese bubbles and browns.

These make a great appetizer too. If you want to make pizzas out of 'em, just add tomato sauce to the bottom!
