Turkey Divan Recipe
Don't we all enjoy a quick, delicious, home cooked meal? This dish tastes like so much more work went into it than actually did. The flavors blend together so perfectly, making for a perfect dish! For extra convenience, buy your turkey or chicken from the deli case (sliced, not shaved).

1 bunch broccoli, or 2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen broccoli spears
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
2 cups milk
2 tsp. chicken bouillon granules (I used Better than Boullion)
3/4 pound sliced turkey or chicken
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1. Cook broccoli until just tender; drain and arrange on bottom of an 11x7" baking dish.

2. Melt butter in saucepan; stir in flour. Add milk and cook, stirring until the sauce is thickened and smooth. Add bouillon granules; stir to dissolve.

3. Pour half of the sauce over the broccoli; top with the sliced turkey, and cover with the remaining sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

4. Put dish under broiler until cheese is light golden and sauce is bubbling hot. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
