Turkey Soup Recipe
Take the leftover turkey carcas, with meat attached. Also the leftover stuffing, and giblet gravy and place in a large pot with about 3 quarts of water. Add handful of peppercorns and a 1/4 cup of onion flakes. Simmer until turkey meat falls off the bones. Let cool and then strain liquid into another container. When turkey meat is cool, cut into cubes and place back into liquid, adding a can of mixed peas and carrots. Add your favorite small pasta, like tubettini, stars or orzo, simmering for another 10 minutes or so until pasta is cooked.
Serve sprinkled with grated parmesan cheese and slices of warm bread.
