Tasty Taco Soup Recipe
4 (1 1/2-cup) servings
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1 (1.25-oz.) pkg.Taco Seasoning Mix
1 (28-oz.) can Crushed Tomatoes, undrained
1 cup Frozen Corn
1 cup water
2 oz. (1/2 cup) finely shredded Cheddar cheese
1. In large saucepan, brown ground beef until thoroughly cooked. Drain. Add onions and taco seasoning mix; cook 1 minute.
2. Stir in tomatoes, corn and water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes.
3. To serve, ladle soup into serving bowls; top with cheese.
