Taco Soup Recipe
1 lb. ground beef, browned
2 cans Rotel brand Tomatoes with green chilies
1 can corn (or hominy)
1 can kidney beans
1 can pinto beans
1 pkg. taco seasoning
2 tsp. dry ranch dressing mix

Combine browned beef and other ingredients in a large pot. Bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer 20 minutes. Serve over plain tortilla chips. Top with grated cheese.
