The Recipe was a little confusing to follow. It said to add 1/4 cup of the salsa, mayo, onions, and cilantro. When all the above were different amounts. I caught on a followed the recipe as follows. It was simple to make. I made it ahead of time. And put the mixture in the fridge. And then when I decided I wanted to make the sandwiches I put the bread in the broiler and toasted it. They came out great! I spilt the recipe in half because I was making the sandwiches for 2 people. I will defintely make this for family and company!
