Pocket Sandwich Fillings Recipe

U can use the pillsbury big country buttermilk bisquits too if u dont feel like making pizza dough.

Honey-Mustard ham fillings

1 cup chopped cooked ham
2 tbsp. honey-mustard
1 tbsp. finely chopped red onion.

Country sausage filling:

6 ounces bulk pork sausage cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped apple

Pizza Pocket Filling

1 cup sliced cooked Italian sausage
1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup green pepper
1/3 cup pizza sauce

After u have cut your dough into 5 inch or bigger triangles or rounds, spoon about 2 tbsp. filling into the center of the dough piece; fold it over and pinch closed sealing with a fork. Bake at 400°F 10-13 minutes or until golden brown!
