Corn Chowder Recipe
Heat together:
3 cans of cream of chicken soup--low fat is fine
1 (14oz) can of chicken broth
Add:
16 oz frozen whole kernel corn
2 cups chopped cooked chicken
1 can RoTel tomatoes and green chiles
8 1/2 oz can creamed corn
8 oz Velveeta, cubed-low fat is fine
1 clove garlic
1/4 tsp pepper
Bring to boil. Reduce heat. Simmer 30 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips and shredded cheese.
