My husband and I decided to cook this last night and we loved it! I've been trying to incorporate more sweet potatoes in our weekly diet because they're so good for you. This was easy to make and feeds an army. I used a large sweet potato that I peeled and boiled instead of using canned, but everything else I followed exactly and it was incredible. We'll definitely be having this again.
