Tuna Casserole Recipe
16 oz wide egg noodles
2 1/2 qts boiling water
1 tbsp cooking oil (optional)
3 cans of 10 oz condensed cream of celery or chicken

1/4 cup chopped green onion
3 cans of 7 oz flaked tuna, drained
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup grated, medium Cheddar cheese

2 regular sized potatoes diced

4 tablespoons of chili powder

Cook diced potatoes in a small pot in boiling water over med-hi or hi until finished. Cook noodles in boiling water and cooking oil in uncovered pot until tender but firm, about 5 to 7 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Meanwhile, combine tuna, green onion, chili powder and cream of celery or chicken together in large bowl. Drain noodles and potatoes and add them to mixture. Mix well. Put mixture in lightly greased pan. Spread cheese over top. Bake covered in 350°F oven for about 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake 10 minutes more to brown. Serves 12.
