Italian Chicken Recipe
1 skinless, boneless chicken breast for each person (I usually fix 6)
4 tomatoes, quartered
8 oz. fresh whole mushrooms-cut in half if large
8 oz Italian dressing-I use fat free
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1/2 tsp oregano
1 bay leaf
Lay chicken in a lightly sprayed casserole dish. Add tomatoes and mushrooms. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over top. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350°F or til chicken is done. Good
served with noodles or rice.
