Indian Curry Recipe
1 onion (large pieces)
1 bell pepper (large pieces)
1/2 stick butter
2 1/2 TBLSP flour
2 tsp. curry powder
pepper and salt to taste
1 to 2 cups rice
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. table cream
cooked chicken, shrimp, or lamb

Cook rice.

Over low heat, slowly melt butter, add chopped onion and pepper. Cook 5 minutes over low heat. Add flour and curry powder and cook slowly for another 5 minutes. Taste and if you like it hotter add more curry and pepper. Stir in cream and chicken broth, stirring constantly. Add chicken, or shrimp or lamb. Cook for additional 10 minutes and serve over steamed rice.

Good with salad, fruit or cheese.
