Green Bean And Turkey Casserole Recipe
1 1/2 to 2 cups cubed cooked turkey or chicken
1 (14.5-oz.) can Green Giant Cut Green Beans, drained
1 (10 3/4-oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup milk
4 oz. (1 cup) shredded Cheddar cheese
6 servings Hungry Jack Mashed Potatoes (prepared as directed on package)
1/2 (2.8-oz.) can french fried onions
Heat oven to 375°F. In medium saucepan, combine turkey, green beans, soup and milk; mix well. Cook over medium heat until mixture is hot, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Add cheese; stir until melted. Pour into ungreased 2-quart casserole. Top with prepared
mashed potatoes.
Bake at 375°F for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with onions; bake an additional 3 to 5 minutes or until mixture is bubbly and onions are warm.
