Curried Chicken Recipe
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can pineapple tidbits and its juice
3 cups chopped cooked chicken breast
1 tablespoon chicken bouillon powder
1/4 teaspoon each crushed red pepper flakes and black pepper
3 cups cooked rice

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Melt butter in a large saucepan over med. heat. Add onions, celery and curry powder. cook and stir for about 3 mins.

Stir in soup, pineapple and juice, chicken, bouillon powder, pepper and pepper flakes. Mix well.

Transfer mixture to a med. casserole dish. Cover and bake for 30 mins. Serve over hot rice.
