Chili Chicken With Avocado Sauce Recipe
2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. cumin
4 boneless chicken breasts, salted
1 avocado, peeled and cut into chunks
1/4 c. plain nonfat yogurt
1 clove garlic
2 tsp. lime juice
1 tbsp. chopped fresh coriander
1 tbsp. olive oil
Combine chili powder and cumin; sprinkle and coat on chicken. Blend avocado, yogurt, garlic, lime juice, and corainder until smooth. Brown chicken in hot oil, two minutes per side. Cover, lower heat and cook just until done. Put chicken on plates and pour avocado sauce over it. Makes 2-3 servings.
