Chicken Cheese Pasta Recipe
16 oz box Fusili (twirly pasta)
Large jar pasta sauce
1 lb chicken tenders
half jar parmesan cheese
6 - 8 oz shredded mozzarella
garlic powder (or a couple cloves, minced)
pepper
In a large skillet, cook chicken tenders for about 5 minutes. Add about 1/4 jar of the parmesan, garlic powder (or cloves) and pepper to taste, coating the chicken well. Continue to cook the chicken until well browned on all sides, meanwhile, have pasta cooking. Once the pasta and chicken are done, drain pasta and combine with chicken. Then add the pasta sauce and any other seasonings you desire (I use more garlic powder, oregano, Italian seasoning and pepper usually), the mozzarella and about another 1/4 of the jar of parmesan. Stir until well heated and the cheese is melted. Serve with crusty parmesan-garlic bread. Yummy!
