Chicken Casserole Recipe
2 Cans Artichoke hearts
1 Can Cream of mushroom soup
1 Can Cream of chicken soup
1 Can Mushrooms
1 Cup Mayonnaise
3/4 to 1 teaspoon Curry powder
4 Chicken breasts, cut into pieces
1 Cup Potato chips, crushed
6 Slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 Cup Cheddar cheese, grated

Preheat oven to 350°F. Drain the artichoke hearts, chop them coarsely and combine with soup, mushrooms, mayonnaise and curry powder. Place in buttered casserole and top with potato chips, then bacon bits, then the cheese, and bake for 45 minutes.
