Barbecue Turkey Meatloaf Recipe
1 pkg. (16 oz.) LOUIS RICH Ground Turkey thawed
1/2 cup catsup
1/2 cup old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats uncooked
1 small onion chopped
1 egg beaten
PREHEAT oven to 375°F.
MIX all ingredients, except 1/4 cup of the catsup. Shape into loaf in 12x8-inch baking dish.
BAKE 45 to 50 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Top with remaining catsup. Makes 4 servings.
I think I will add some more spices to it like LOADS of GARLIC, maybe some worcestershire sauce and italian seasonings too!
