Sweet And Sour Pork Recipe
4 pork loin chops, 3/8-inch thick
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup pineapple juice
4 pineapple rings

Mix brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder and pineapple juice. Place in resealable plastic bag with pork chops. Marinate for 1 hour or overnight. Preheat broiler. Place oven rack in highest position. Remove pork chops from marinade and place on baking pan. Broil pork chops for 6 minutes. Turn chops over and place one pineapple ring on top of each chop. Broil 5 more minutes and serve.

Servings: 4 Preparation Time: 10 minutes (marinate 1 hour or overnight) Cooking Time: 15 minutes
