Sausage Souffle' Recipe
8 slices of bread, cubed
2 C grated cheddar cheese
1 1/2 lbs cooked sausage
3/4 tsp mustard
4 eggs, beaten
2 1/2 C milk
Place bread in 9x13 buttered pan and sprinkle with cheese.
Mix mustard, eggs, and milk and pour over contents of pan.
Refrigerate overnight. 2 hrs before serving, mix and pour over pan:
1 can cream something soup
1/2 C milk
Bake 275°F for 90 minutes, allow to stand 10 minutes before serving.
