Sausage Quiche Recipe
1 lb. sausage
1 onion, chopped
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 1/3 cup evaporated milk
4 large eggs
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 baked pie shell (I used Pillsbury refrigerated in my 9" deep dish pie pan)
Brown sausage with onion and green pepper. Drain. Mix milk, eggs and salt and pepper. Layer cooked sausage and then cheese in baked pie shell. Pour
egg mixture over the meat & cheese. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350°F.
