Mayonnaise Pork Chops Recipe
Take your pork chops (I like the thin, breakfast cuts. Especially the boneless ones!), lightly pepper them on both sides. Place them in a casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray and spread mayonnaise on top of them. Thinly slice a yellow onion and place the onion slices on top of the mayo. Sprinkle liberally with Parmesan cheese and then bake at 425°F for 45 min. to 1 hour. It sounds weird, but it is really tasty!
