Honey Garlic Ribs Recipe
Freeze ribs right in thier marinade to take along camping or just for a night you feel like bbqing!

3 lbs pork ribs
3/4 cup Ketchup
1/2 cup liquid honey
3 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Dry mustard
6 garlic cloves minced

Trim excess fat from ribs. Cut into single ribs. Place in a large pot and cover with cold water; bring just to a boil. Skim off foam. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 40 minutes or unti ribs are fork tender. Drain well and refridgerate until they are cool!

Ina large resealable freezer bag , combine ketchyup,honey, vinegar, worcestershire sauce, mustard and garlic, whisking until blended. Add ribs, turning to coat. Seal bag and marinate in refrigerator for at least 4 hours , up to 24 hrs OR toss them in the freezer!

When ready to cook thaw and reserve sauce in bag, place ribs on a greased grill over med-high heat, cook brushing often with reserved sauce and turning once. cook for about 10-15 minutes or till browned!
