Crunchy Ham Casserole Recipe
8 oz. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained (I use egg noodles)
2 cups cooked and cubed ham
8 oz. cut broccoli, cooked and drained (I use frozen)
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup 1 c. milk
1/4 t. pepper
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 small can Durkee onions

In Casserole Dish Mix: Macaroni, ham and broccoli, all cooked and drained

In mixing bowl mix: sour cream soup milk pepper

Pour over the macaroni mixture and mix well.

Add 1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese and 3/4 can of Durkee onions and stir in.

Bake 350°F for approx. 30-40 minutes or until bubbly in center. Top with remaining shredded cheddar cheese and the rest of the can of Durkee onions and bake an additional 15 minutes. Serve & Enjoy.
