Barbecued Pork Chops Recipe
1 C. Chopped Onion
1 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 C. water
4 Tbsp. vinegar
3/4 C. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 C. catsup
8 pork chops ( I use the boneless center cut chops)

Heat all except pork chops in saucepan. Put pork chops in 9x12" casserole dish and cover with hot sauce. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 1 1/2 hours.
