Baked Ham With Peaches Recipe
Serves - 10

ham - 12 LB
brandy - 4 Oz
cloves - 1 Oz
ginger - 1 Tsp
allspice - 1 Tsp
dry mustard - 3 Tsp
orange juice - 4 Oz
peaches in syrup - 1 LB
orange peel - 3 Tsp

Score the fat of a 12 lb ham in a diamond pattern and stud with 2 TBL cloves. Roast for 1 hour on a rack in the preheated oven. Remove the ham from the oven, remove the rind, pour 1/2 Cup orange juice into the baking pan and sprinkle 1 Tbl grated orange peel on top. Drain 1 LB peaches in syrup (halves); reserving the juice. Meanwhile, combine 1/2 Cup brandy, 1 TSP ginger, 1 TSP allspice, 1 TBL dry mustard, and the reserved juice. Pour the entire mixture over the ham and continue cooking for 1 hour basting every 15 minutes. Add the peach halves during the last 10 minutes.
