Manicotti Recipe
Filling:
8 oz (2 C) shredded Mozarella
2 12 oz pkg cream cheese
2 eggs slightly beaten
1/2 C bread crumbs
1/2 C grated Parmesan
2 Tbsp parsely
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Combine all filling ingredients in large bowl.
Stuff each manicotti with 1/3 C filling and place in 9x13 pan with 2 C of sauce in the bottom. Pour another 2 C of sauce on top.
Cover and bake at 350°F for 40-45 minutes. Let stand before serving and sprinkle with 1/4 C parmesan.
