French Onion Chicken And Potato Bake Recipe
(4 serv ea 303.75 cal 6.25 g fat)
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Garlic powder
Black pepper
2 potatoes, peeled & cut into chunks
1 can Campbell's French onion soup
Preheat oven: 350°F
Season both sides of chicken breasts with garlic powder & black pepper. Brown in skillet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray & place in 8" baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
Cover chicken with potato chunks. Pour soup over top & sprinkle with black pepper. Cover & bake at 350°F 40-45 min or until potatoes are done.
