Chocolate Mousse Recipe
1 cup skim milk
1 package Myoplex Lite Chocolate Protein Powder (I'm sure it works for other protein powders)
2 TBSP. fat free sugar free instant chocolate pudding mix
3/4 cup Cool Whip (fat free)
Mix milk and protein powder in a blender for about 15 seconds. Add pudding and mix for another 45 seconds. Put into bowl. Fold in Cool Whip.
Divide into 2 portions (each portion is about a cup each) and put in the fridge for at least 20 minutes.
