Low Carb Muffins Recipe
2 1/2 c ground nuts
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
sprinkle salt
3 eggs
1/2-1 cup raisins(these make the recipe don't omit)
Mix ground nuts, eggs, honey, add butter then baking soda, salt then raisins. Use cupcake papers. Bake 375°F for about 15 minutes or until they spring back when pressed. They don't rise very high but taste great.
