Low Carb Meat Pizza And Pizza Sauce Recipe
Crust:

Thinly pat in any choice of ground meat into a pizza pan (can be ground beef, sausage, ground turkey or ground chicken). Season with salt unless using sausage. Bake at 450°F degrees for about 10 minutes or until crust is cooked through. If there are any breaks or holes, fill these with more meat and cook again.

Sauce: (38.58 grams for the whole recipe. 5.144 grams per 1/4 cup per pizza) (You will store most in the fridge for quick pizzas later)

15 oz can of tomato sauce (32.98 grams)
2 tablespoons of Italian Seasoning (or oregano and basil) (2 grams)
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt (2 grams)
1 teaspoon onion powder (1.6 grams)

Mix in a bowl and taste to make sure mixture has a good strong presence. This is the time to add more seasonings if it is not strong enough. You will be using only 1/4 cup of this for the whole large pizza, so make it good!

Topping:

3 cups shredded cheese mix (mozarella, cheddar and jack) (4.718 grams)
Pepperoni (none)
1/2 cup onion, chopped (6.904 grams)
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped (4.7905 grams)

On prebaked crust, add 1/4 cup of the sauce. Top with 1 cup of cheese and a layer (or two) of pepperoni. Top with 1 more cup of cheese and add the onion and pepper. Top with the final cup of cheese. Bake at 450°F for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and starting to brown. Makes 8 large slices.

Per Dish: 21.55 grams
Per Serving: 2.69 grams
