Low Carb Cocoa Recipe
1 spoon dutch processed cocoa (I like droste, just make sure it's just cocoa - no sugar added)
2-3 packets Splenda

Put the cocoa and Splenda in a mug (I use a really big one ;o) and add hot water to about 2/3 full. Then add cream.

The cocoa is high in carbs, but also high in fiber. With Atkins you can subtract the fiber count from the carb count so it turns out reasonable. You can also vary the cream to adjust the carb count too.
