Hot Chocolate (Low Carb) Recipe
Place 1-2 tsp of unsweetened Dutch Proccessed Cocoa (I like Droste because it's easy for me to get at the grocery store.) and 1-2 packets of Splenda in a mug. Add boiling water till about 1/3 to 1/2 full. Mix until the cocoa and sweetener are dissolved and add Half & Half to fill the cup. You can either heat the H&H before you add it or zap the whole cup in the microwave after. Or, you can skip the H&H entirely. You'll just get a stronger chocolate flavor (and a few less carbs). Droste Cocoa is 2g carbs/1g fiber per Tablespoon. Half & Half is 1g carb per 2 Tablespoons (there are 8T per 1/2 cup)

If you have fond childhood memories of melting a candy cane in your cocoa, try a drop of Peppermint oil (used in candy making).
