Walnut Chip Cookie Mix In A Jar Recipe
Spoon 2 cups of flour into a jar and flatten. Wipe the inside of the jar with a paper towel, if necessary, to clean flour dust.

Funnel in 1 cup each: brown sugar, white granulated sugar, 1 package vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt and 1 teaspoon baking powder.

Top with: 1 1/2 cups each chocolate chips and coarsely chopped walnuts.

On the front tag write: the name of the cookie, "Walnut Chip.

On the back of tag write: Mix cookie mix with 2 eggs and 1/2 cup vegetable oil. Drop by spoonfuls onto a greased baking sheet. Bake at 350°F for 15-18 minutes. (Makes 24 cookies.)
