Hot Smoked Turkey Sandwich Recipe
1/4 cup mayo
2 tsp Dijon Mustard
2 tbs chopped parsley
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
2 medium tomatoes
4 slices rye bread
1/2 pound smoked turkey, sliced
1/4 pound Swiss cheese, sliced
Preheat oven to 350°F. In batter bowl, combine mayo, mustard, parsley, oregano and pepper; mix well. Thinly slice tomatoes. Place bread on
cookie sheet and spread each slice with mayo mixture. Dividing evenly, place turkey slices on bread. Top with tomatoes and cheese. Bake 10-13
minutes or until cheese is browned and bubbling. Serve hot.
