Easy Butterscotch Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe
1 box (18.25 oz) chocolate cake mix
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 cups butterscotch chips
1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
COMBINE cake mix, oil and eggs in a large bowl. Stir in morsels and pecans. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased baking sheets.
BAKE in a preheated 350°F oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until centers are just set. Let stand for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
