Easy Barbecue Sauce Recipe
1 c maple syrup
1 c ketchup
1 c finely chopped onions
1/4 c brown sugar
1/4 c apple cider vinegar
1/4 c lemon juice
1/4 c water
2 T olive oil
2 T Worcestershire sauce
2 t chopped garlic
2 t lemon rind, grated
1 t salt
1/4 t hot sauce
Combine ingredients. Bring to boil in saucepan; reduce heat, simmer 20 minutes. Cool. Pour mixture into blender. Process until smooth. Yummy!
