Stuffed Baked Potato Dip Recipe
1 Large Container Sour Cream
2 C. Cheddar Cheese (I put mine in the processor to make it little pieces)
1 can real bacon bits
Chives or green onions
Mix all ingredients and let chill for a few hours. You may need to add a little milk to thin it out. This stuff is always a hit and it's always all gone. When you serve it w/potato chips it tastes like you're eating a baked potato!
