Salsa Verde Recipe
3-4 tomatillos
1 clove garlic
1 jalapeno (take out core for less spice)
salt to taste
2-3 cilantro sprigs
1 white onion
1-2 avocados (optional)

Boil jalapeno, tomatillos, garlic, and salt until tender. Drain water into a bowl on the side. Blend boiled vegetables adding drained water until desired consistancy. Add chopped onion, cilantro, and avocado to salsa. Refrigerate.
