Salsa Recipe
1 lb (more or less) roma tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
5 jalapenos (this makes it HOT; dh likes to have his nose running while he eats! LOL)
1/2-1 bunch cilantro, chopped
1/2-1 onion, chopped, then rinsed
1 lime
1 t. salt

Roast the tomatoes, garlic, and jalapenos under the broiler for about 8 minutes on each side. Peel all of that once it's cool enough. Chop finely (I usually throw it into the food processor). Mix with cilantro, onion, salt, and juice of the lime. Warning...this stuff is addictive.
